PhD project on dynamics of lignin acylation in poplar and Miscanthus, advancing lignin valorisation and plant cell-wall biology. Synthesize reporters with bioorthogonal tags, monitor incorporation by confocal microscopy, and study effects of storage and abiotic stress.
