Develop and apply a 3D human lymphoid organ-on-chip to evaluate mRNA vaccine platforms, combining organotypic tissue engineering with spectral flow cytometry, single-cell transcriptomics, and confocal imaging to probe B/T cell interactions and antibody maturation.
