Lead development of on-chip hybrid electronic-photonic sub-THz transceivers for high-data-rate wireless links. Design and characterize CMOS/SiGe RFICs, oscillators, mixers and phased-array on-chip antennas; collaborate on photonic integration and EM/EDA validation.
