My experience and expertise include organic and synthetic polymer chemistry, particularly in developing monomers and polymers for oil-water separation/water desalination applications, water treatment (anti-scale), designing of cross-linked adsorbents (resins) for removal of toxic metal ions and micro-organic pollutants from water, and biomimetic sustainable polymers for corrosion inhibition of mild steel.
